  • Supporting administration board committees

    • Insure maintenance and repairs of the building and the common areas.
    • Supervise employees, independent workers and contractors working onsight;
    • Collect condo fees, special contributions, manage accounting, create annual budgets and insure appropriate follow-ups, forecast and track reserve funds;
    • Prepare general assemblies, board meetings, manage the agenda, conduct annual assessment reports, produce minutes of hearing transcripts, etc.

  • Supporting condominium owners

    • Have an administrative office on sight for buildings of 80 units or more;
    • Responsible for requesting, supervising and following up on maintenance repairs in the common areas and/or elements of the building under the Syndicat’s reponsability.
    • Insure that all resident respect the building’s bylaws.
    • Assist sellers and buyers with transactions related to their untis.
