Michelle-Eve Pilon, M.Sc
With a background in sales and customer service, Michelle-Eve worked for the telecommunication giant Bell Canada for 6 years. Balancing work and studies, she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from Université du Québec à Montréal’s business school (ESG).
In August 2013, Michelle-Eve moved to Prague, Czech Republic to conduct her Master’s research project and write her thesis. Interested in consumer behaviors within the real estate and hospitality market, she studied Airbnb’s distruptive business model and consumers’ perceptions towards their services. What she learned enables her to have a different point of view of the Quebec housing and real estate market which feeds her creative process when developing effective communication and marketing strategies for Atwater Properties.
From 2015 to 2018, Michelle-Eve holds the position of communication and marketing coordinator.
During that time, she is responsible for conceptualizing and directing the visual creative of all the company’s real estate and commercial entities. She also writes and optimizes the SEO content of the company’s websites.
Bustling and determined, Michelle-Eve is promoted to manager, marketing and strategic planning. In addition to her current responsibilities, she is required to assist the board of directors develop strategies during acquisitions and asset repositioning. She conducts market research, creates market trend measurement tools, produces analysis and issues periodic reports to ensure the company’s competitive position in the industry.
She continues to oversee the development of marketing material and ensure its deployment during campaigns, specifically tailored to each asset, and in alignment with the overall company strategy.
